On-the-GO Programming Has Never Been Easier

Gen Z students expect content at their fingertips no matter where they are. The days are long-gone where college students feel the need to be in their dorm room at 8pm on a Wednesday night to watch their favorite show. Fresh Prince of Bel-Air anyone?

Content is always available…and available anywhere, whether students are on a beach for spring break or avoiding studying in the library, quality programming is there for their enjoyment.

HBO is home to the shows that everyone is talking about – from groundbreaking series, documentaries and sports to the biggest blockbuster movies available anywhere.

A Nationwide Strategy

The long running HBO Campus Brand Manager program was built around the college audience with the goal to drive excitement and interest for the HBO brand and top programming through face-to-face interactions and scaled events.

Campus Brand Managers – HBO lovers, are spread throughout schools across the country and focus on:

  • Peer-to-peer conversations
  • HBO GO registrations (free for most students at many schools)
  • Social media content
  • Mini events
  • Group announcements, and more!

Large-Scale Events

In addition to weekly activities, our CBM’s participate in larger scale events across the country.

Events have included HBO Psych-GO-delic themed activations at back to school events, where students took Polaroid shots of their arms dipped in body marbling paint to celebrate HBO’s hit Euphoria.

HBO branded photo frames, premiums and larger prize packs celebrated HBO and Euphoria with this audience.

A Brand We’re Proud to Partner With

HBO also plays a large role in the communities that shape us all. They are proud of who they are, and so are our CBM’s. These college students love representing a brand that promotes equality of all people and one that takes a stand on important issues of today.

These causes and topics have become rallying moments during key periods including National Voter Registration Day and Spirit Week. The CBM’s promote these alongside the HBO brand through their conversations and events to engage students in topics that are so important to the Gen Z population.

And now, it’s easier than ever to watch HBO programs, when you want, where you want.
